How long will my magnetic lashes last?
You can expect up to 40 wears out of your magnetic eyelashes with proper care. Wear can be extended by keeping the magnets clean and free of build-up by using a Q-Tip or cotton ball to remove the magnetic liner. Keep the lashes stored in the lash box when not in use.
Is the magnetic eyeliner safe?
Our magnetic eyeliner is safe and has many of the same ingredients used in cosmetic products. The liner contains iron oxide which makes our eyeliner magnetic; there are no heavy metals. Iron oxide is a cosmetic ingredient commonly used for pigment and is rated as non-toxic.
As with any eye cosmetic products, if you have any pre-existing eye conditions, please consult your doctor. We strongly recommend that you perform a skin patch test on a small area of your skin (other than the intended location), to test for any allergic reactions. To avoid sensitivities, please review the product ingredients listed on the back of the box .
Can I apply more than one discount code to my order?
Only one discount code is allowed per order. But rest assured, the best discount will be applied to your order because hey, we all love a good deal!
Can I wear mascara with my Bezzie Magnetic Lashes?
Absolutely! The more the better is our motto. We recommend the following steps:
- Step One: Apply the magnetic liner and let it dry for 60 seconds
- Repeat Step One
- Proceed with applying your mascara to your natural lashes to ensure they blend with your magnetic lashes
- Apply your magnetic lashes
We do not recommend applying mascara to your Bezzie Magnetic lashes as this will ruin the shape and shorten the lifespan of your lash.
I’m having trouble getting my magnetic lashes to stick. What should I do?
To ensure your lashes have a good firm hold, be sure to apply two separate coats of eyeliner.
- Apply the first coat and wait 1 minute for your liner to dry
- Apply a second coat and wait another minute
- Place your lashes to the liner
If your lashes do not hold, check the magnets for buildup of eyeliner. We recommend that you keep the magnets clean and free of build-up by using a Q-Tip or cotton ball to remove the magnetic liner. Keep the lashes stored in the lash box when not in use.
How do I remove the magnetic lashes and liner from my eyelid?
We’ve developed our magnetic eyeliner to last all day!
The best way to remove is, first, gently pull the magnetic lashes away from your eyelid (be careful not to pull your natural lashes).
Use the Bezzie Magnetic Cleansing Oil, micellar water, waterproof makeup remover or an oil-based cleanser to gently massage on your eyelid and wipe off.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within 48 hours of your order. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
If you use Gmail as your email provider, be sure to check your Promotions or Spam folder if the confirmation does not appear in your Primary inbox.

All orders are processed as soon as received. Please send an email to support@bezzielashes.com within 15 minutes of order placement and we will try our best to assist. Please note, this is not a guarantee that we can modify your order.
