Bezzie Lashes performs a quality inspection on all of our products prior to fulfilling your order.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email at email@example.com if you experience the following issues:
- Defective or damaged item(s)
- Missing item(s)
- Received the wrong item(s)
DUE TO SANITARY AND HEALTH REASONS, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS (i.e. LASHES, LIPPIES, EYELINERS, LIP LINERS, HEADBANDS, etc.)
If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us by email WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. Upon review of your item(s), we will contact you to confirm replacement eligibility.
If the lashes are not altered or used in any way, we will send you a replacement of the same item.
- If the item is out of stock, we will give you the option of 1) a store credit or 2) replacing with a similar item of the same value as your initial purchase
- If you select a store credit, you will receive a credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card amount will equal your initial order, minus any discounts and shipping and handling fees
- If you select a replacement, we will send you the item free of charge. Lashes must be returned to Bezzies Lashes before replacement will be sent
- Items returned to us without going through the return process, will not be accepted
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on gift cards.
